12 Points to make you consider why Valentine's Day is not so evil.

For me Valentine's day is not important today. What rather matters is individuals excessively spending their energy to oppose the idea and their ability to reason and capacity to understand reasoning. I fail to understand the social unrest and unrelated debates that this day sparks each year. So I have decided to share my perspective on this overhyped feast day, which is also an annual public holiday in many countries.

1. Just by naming our country Pakistan, which means land of the pure, we all won't become pure entitled to paradise by default. By naming a particular day after a Christian Saint, don't make those infidels (or Mushrik) who participate in it.

2. Saint Valentine's Day is not celebrated anywhere in the world in religious capacity. It is a social festival and practically it has nothing to do with any religion whatsoever.

3. Just as 1st May due to some historical significance is arbitrarily chosen as Labour Day by many countries, 14th February is taken globally as Lover's Day or the day when people express their love.

4. Just like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Siblings Day etc this day is considered a de facto day to express your feelings. Since we celebrate all such days (none of which are part of our religion or culture) along with international community to show solidarity. It makes more sense to do that in this scenario too.

5. Just like we can neutralise and culturalize any social festivals, we can also rebrand or customise the Valentine's Day as per our religious teachings and cultural norms. We can educate people about the extents or limits that are permissible in our religion.

6. Just as globally red is considered as colour of love and people use red roses, chocolates and teddy beard to express the emotion. We can arbitrary chose whatever represents us best for the occasion too. You can even present your sweet heart with a warm freshly made bowl of "Doodh Jalaibi" or "Ghulam Jamuns".¨

7. The day is all about expressing or re-expressing your love. Hazrat Khadija (1st lady in Islam) purposed Muhammed PBUH for wedding (which he accepted). There is no harm if a nice gentleman sends a message to your daughter or sister. This is not adultery by any standards.

8. It may not be necessary to associate a specific day to express love. But a dedicated occasion can encourage some shy, introvert and socially awkward to overcome their fears and express easiy. This idea is universally encouraged as not everyone watches Bollywood movies and is romantic.

9. If one of your uncles consume 10 Kg meat on Eid ul-Adha and he dies of heart attack, you can't blame Eid ul-Adha for his misconduct. Similarly if some nymphomaniacs book a hotel room to mingle on 14th February it is wrong to abuse the whole idea.

10. The day generates significant economic activity which is good for economy. It is mostly poor people in our society who sell balloons and flowers on such day. We could always donate something along to help them an extra mile. This generosity will impress our loved one too.

11. Culture and traditions evolve all the time. 100 years ago no one was celebrating Valentine's Day in our country. But neither was anyone cutting cakes on birthdays or having 33 functions on occasion of wedding.

12. 70% marriages in Pakistan are either 1st or 2nd cousin marriages. In many states in America, China and many countries cousin marriages are banned due to health risks. Even Prophet PBUH encouraged marriages outside cast, tribe etc. This day can be used to know potential partners who fall outside our usual social circles.

Remember either you can dictate the teens who are going though natural hormonal changes or you can educate them and provide them a channel or platform to make better choices. Honour killing is an integral part of our society and still considered a virtue in our tribal cultures. Spreading hatred, extremism and painting the whole thing in black and white using religion can't do any good to our already suffering society. Spread love, kindness, compassion, tolerance, empathy and joy on this day. Written by: Talha Mahmood Sheikh

Pakistan Super League and a Pakistani !!!

Beta (Daughter): Papa What are you doing?

Father: I am watching 2 privately owned teams of a $93 million sports franchise of a country where 60% are poor and earn $1 a day, and whose national debt is soon to cross $90 billion called Pakistan.

The event is called Pakistan Super League but being played in Dubai as Pakistan is too dangerous to invite foreigners to come and play with us. We have some people among us who like to kill them.
They are professional players beta who are playing against each other not because they are motivated by love of game or their state, country, nation or city. But because they get paid insane amount of money by corporations to entertain us, so these corporations can make more money. This is a business beta and this this can only work if I will watch these matches. Uncle Riaz of Bahria Town will lose money otherwise.

Karachi might be in miserable state as thousands get killed each year because of gang wars, terrorism, target killings, heat waves, poor living conditions, no law and order, broken sanitation system, violent ethnic conflicts etc. but their team is called Karachi Kings beta and we have white people in it. Real people with white skin who speak English.
Similarly, no matter how bad ethnic cleansing is going on in Quetta and Shiites and Baloch nationalists get disappeared or killed, and no matter how frequently we need to close all our educational institutions because of poor security and terrorists who come and kill students, there team has real gladiators beta.

Our politicians may have never been able to agree on any serious issue and make any real decisions in Parliament since long long time in Islamabad, but team is called united beta.
Rich people might spend millions in pompous Lahore just on weddings where a rich bride’s dress cost the amount on which a poor can run his family for an year, but their team has only pure qalandars beta.

And forget all the “zulm” that has been happening in Afghan refugees and poor Pashtuns in Peshawar because of our proxy war with India and Afghanistan, they are “Zalmi” now. Say “Zalmi” beta !!

You see, we might not have electricity and gas in our homes, people may not get clean water to drink, subsidized food items to eat, healthcare to save dying children in Sind, education to enroll 13 million girls who have never seen a classroom, and justice to bring generals and politicians to accountability.
And we may also have lost 90,000 men and $120 billion in a war that was not ours to begin with, and world may say that we are most corrupt and terror promoting nation with a rotten society that stands among 3 worst, discriminating people based on gender, religion, sect, ethnicity, sexuality etc.
But we have our own super league now beta. And we should be proud of it and enjoy watching these nerve biting cricket matches.

12 Ways you Get People to Like You in Pakistan

We all want to be liked, loved, accepted, appreciated, be part of something bigger and greater, and even glorified at times. The numbers of people following you matter a lot as in the end it is the sheer crowd behind you that decides how right or wrong you are.

Curse to all those rebellious reformists and so call secular pseudo-liberals and progressive thinkers. This write-up aims at socially awkward and eccentric people, bad learners like me, who try hard but can’t help but staying low profile at the end.

I sincerely hope that these big and small tips will provide some help to those who aspire our national idols like Hamza Ali Abbasi and likes.

1. Pretend religious. Remember ours is an extremely religious society. We treat even suspicion of blasphemy and anything against religion with no less than death. It is important to be religious but when it comes to fit in properly more important is to pretend properly and convince others that you are a firm believer. The best way to do it is to keep quoting from Quran and Hadith from time to time, preaching and correcting others about whatever you could, and if you are on social media by sharing those 500,000 posts from islamic pages daily along with pictures of you or your kid praying and reading Quran.

2. Be a conformist. Basically this means that you should show deep commitment with whatever has been happening in past up till now, and follow the traditions that exist in society very very passionately. Always behave in a way that is acceptable, as every society has some unwritten rules and established practices. For example weeping along if you are in a religious sermon (no matter how funny you find the situation) and chanting slogans like death to America (even if you have visa in progress) in political rallies. You just need to have a good observation and all you got to do next is copy the conventions and do exactly what most respectable and rich people do in society.

3. Don’t ask questions. Mind it as this is very important. Asking questions could be very dangerous at times. Most direct implication especially when you question your superiors or elders is that you are trying to embarrass them and this is disrespectful. In gatherings most appropriate way to behave is to keep your mouth shut and act convinced. You can even gain some attention by shouting along loudly and passionately. On social media you can check-in during events and share their words along with their pictures. And keep a separate profile for flirting with girls.

4. Respect the authority. Be it your King, Caliph, Imam; anybody with some powers to make a decision for you. You want a bright future and these are the people who can make it or destroy it. You have to show absolute submission as only submission indicate loyalty. The one in authority is always right, and it even becomes your duty automatically to preach ahead what they say and confront the traitors who don’t get convinced by official version of events. You could kill them too but it is unfortunately unlawful. If not you could start by following ISPR immediately.

5. Monologues only. Sermons in a mosque, speeches in a political gathering and lectures in classrooms are one way roads only. Your job should be to take notes and ask question at the end that compliment the speaker and his stance. Any attempt to engage in a dialogue is revolt. Dr Zakir Naik mutes mic after one question for good reasons. In mosque our tradition is to take interruptions as abuses and in political gatherings it is mutiny. Stand up when national anthem get played. If you even suspect others of being ill mannered, show your disapproval by maintaing a distance from them. On social media you can simply block and delete them.

6. Do not think. Don’t even try this even at home. Remember there are 108,000,000,000 people who have trod past you on this planet. There have been great prophets, caliphs, imams, reformists, leaders etc. in the past, even calling their names in head calls for 1 minute silence in respect, (Note: Please stop reading for 1 minute if any such name has struck you) and if you try to think for yourself, this implies that you are not convinced of their greatness and holiness. The ideas your forefathers have accepted need not be revised by you, if you are their authentic offspring. Save calories and blood sugar by not pushing those neurons in your head. This keeps you healthy too.

7. Be patriotic. Nationalism is new cool. Your country, your state, your nation, your ethnicity, your sect, your cast, your creed and your family is always right. If you are married so is your wife. The very reason that they are yours and you are born among them is the decisive and final argument and you need not bother about rest. Nationalism demands you to be proud of what is yours, memorize and sing those jingo songs along and celebrate all the events that signify something no matter how fabricated it is. Decorated I mean, not fabricated. Sorry that was a typo. I mean it.

8. Burn the traitors. Some may call them whistle blowers but how good is one who causes embarrassment by insulting the nation in the whole world. Pretend you care, in real life you could do that by nodding your head in right direction and on social media by abusing your nobel laureates and dissidents. If you see Malal’s or Sharmeen’s picture just write bitch in comments section. If you have a colour printer, print posters of Ansar Abbasi, Zaid Hamid and Oreo biscuits and stick them on your wall.

9. Be a reactionary. Remember change is always bad. From religious perspective we are approaching the dooms day and all these changes are signs and prophecies full-filled. Armageddon could be very next minute now. (You can watch Dr Shahid Masood’s End of Times if you are in doubt.) Also convince others to return to past and previous states where our society was ideal. At times you should even shed tears on lost utopian times and golden ages and curse industrialization and modernization.

10. Blame others. Remember all the bad that exists is because of those other people especially 1st world. Those other humans, other nations, other religions, etc. always conspire against you and don’t want you to progress. Tit for tat is an old universal rule so you should do the same when you get the chance. If you are Muslims you better know that Christians, Jews and all people belonging to all other religions can never be your friends. Take comfort in the fact that will burn in hell fire till eternity after death while you will mingle with 70+ virgins.

11. Take pride in your misery. When people die in natural disasters like earth quakes, blame them for being obscene and morally corrupt. If anyone tries to help them for example by vaccinating against polio, you should disclose the conspiracy. No good can ever come from others. I could also say burn your TV and radio but since Maulana Tariq Jameel and Junaid Jamshed get broadcasted now so you better not. You better listen them former cricketers who are televangelists now.

12. Despise the foreign ways and choose what is your own. Criticize the way infidels dress, their education system, their political system, their society, their events, traditions and values, while sending your children to private schools making sure that they follow the very same. Curse science but use antibiotics and anesthesia during operation to not to shit in your pants. Buy Apple and Samsung but set a nasheed as ringtone, Honda and Toyota but put an Islamic sticker at rare window, use only halal banking and money transfer, drink halal cola, and pretend you care about dying Syrian, Libyan and Burmese muslims by rebuking West for not taking in enough immigrants. But respect the Gulf states as your nephew works there who sends you money sometimes.

Unregulated Capitalism and the World ...

34 bullet points to explain my 5th grader nephew why unregulated capitalism has made the world worse place to live.

1. Time to time people get laid-off. There is nothing unusual about it as products or services companies produce depends on supply and demand curve. Recently lots of people lost their jobs in the oil field as oil prices continue to drop and are below 30 dollar a barrel now.

2. Media is telling you that oil prices have dropped because some genius people have invented new ways to extract oil known as shale oil production. But oil prices have also dropped because all countries who produce oil continue to dig same or more amount even though the demand for oil has dropped. Moreover Iran can also produce more oil now and sell in international markets.

3. The demand for oil has dropped greatly as previously countries whose economies were growing at a strong pace by producing manufacturing goods to supply to the west and other parts of world are experiencing decline is their economic growth. China primarily.

4. This reduction in economic growth rate of countries that produce manufactured goods have affected the growth rates of countries that supply them oil and raw materials like Venezuela, Nigeria, South Africa etc.
5. So these manufacturing based economies are producing less goods now because people in the developed world don't have the same purchasing power once they used to had. It is the middle class of developed world that consumes most of the manufactured goods that production centers of the globalized world we live in produce. Basically these production centers are countries where production costs like labor, energy, taxes etc. are cheap and big enterprises can save lot of money.

6. Since middle class in developed industrialized world is getting poor and consumes less manufactured products and services now, middle class in 2nd newly industrialized world also gets poorer as they will produce less manufactured goods and services and so will people from countries who produce oil and raw materials to keep the manufacturing cycles running.

7. Thats because middle class in developed world is facing recession and governments in 1st world are paying less to their middle class employees in public sector and they are also forced to pay more and more taxes that are needed to run the country. This is known as austerity.

8. In 1930's we also had a great recession. But Franklin D. Roosevelt (who was most famous American President and served for 4 terms) decided to take money from rich people and built a security net or welfare structure. Otherwise America might had had a social revolution then just like Russia had under Lenin in 1917. Roosevelt did that because America had a strong left wing then. America don't have strong labor unions now as less than 5% people in private sector join one.

9. Roosevelt even proposed 100% top tax once. Which means that all the money that rich people make above a certain amount will be taken from them by government and will be spent on poor who are jobless or need healthcare or education. This is also what we can call communism. The public sector provided recorded jobs to recorded number of people and country made recorded progress.

10. Roosevelt took 94% tax from rich people. He also took 1.5 dollars from enterprise for every 1 dollar he took from individuals. Now a days American Presidents only takes around 38% tax from rich people and 25 cents from enterprises for every 1 dollar from individuals. And even that 38% is largely compromised as rich people and enterprises hire clever accountants and lawyers who help them get away with most of it.
11. Same is true when it comes to countries. In London Agreement 1953 rich governments waved off half the debt of war struck Germany and made the rest easy to pay. But now banks are bigger than countries. For example Greece is forced to austerity because it is important to pay back loans her government took from banks no matter how many people loses jobs. Unemployment in Greece before Syriza came in power was above 25%. It is even more now.

12. American President has lot of power so in theory he can fix all this by making rich people pay more taxes. But to become an American president is a marketing contest and it requires lot of money which these rich people give for the campaign. This is part of term called lobbying and such people are called lobbyists who push the agenda of enterprises they represent during the law making.

13. In developed world governments are chosen by one person one vote rule but these big enterprises run on one share one vote rule. So rich have more power than poor in firms and they make decisions that can make them richer and maximize their profits even if it involves cutting jobs by outsource production to poor countries with cheap labor and polluting oceans to transport the goods back.

14. In globalized world we live in most business affairs are managed by big enterprises and they make decisions to increase their profit, not to serve the community. These enterprises have representation everywhere from media to academia and they influence and manipulate information from evening tabloids to most prestigious journals. They shape general public's opinion and indirectly control our thinking and spending patterns.
15. In old days working class people organized together and made labor and trade unions. This made sure that enterprises can't make greedy decisions that affects workers livelihood. Moreover states created big public sectors and nationalized and monopolized key services like post office, telephony etc. and employed people to work in them. State also passed laws that made it possible for public sector to compete and retain a large work force. For example now a days anyone can open postal services and can do better and cheaper than state owned post office with much lesser employees and make post office go bankrupt eventually causing thousands to lose job. Such rules governments used to set are called regulations.

16. Remember 1% richest people have more wealth than 99% poorest. There are more corporations in top 100 economies than countries. A mere 147 corporations which form a super entity control 40% of the world’s wealth. These 147 super-connected companies have same elite that constitute 1% of the top 1% global population.

Who is Uncle Sam ?

20 bullet points to explain my developing world 5th grader nephew who is Uncle Sam.

1. Every country needs energy resources to work. So whoever controls the most energy resources (oil, gas, pipelines) dominates the world. They get to set their own rules to play the game.
2. Right now Uncle Sam peacefully governs most of the world we live in. With established bases in 63 countries and military presence in 156 countries out of 193 countries in the world.
3. It is always Uncle Sam (or his ally) who runs your country. Unless he loses interest or get busy with something more important, and only then your elite can chose to govern or misgovern (to get richer) your country for time being till Uncle Sam develops his interests again.
4. If your elite don't like Uncle Sam running too much of your country, they could try adopting a balance foreign policy by also flirting with Mother Russia time to time. Which 90% of times turns out bad and destroys your country.
5. Uncle Sam only likes democracy in your country if it does not poses a threat to his interests, otherwise he is fine with dictatorships. They can cooperate more and are easy to get rid off.
6. Uncle Sam is Capitalist and like ruling class or elite more. Fewer powerful people are easy to manage or control. Rome collapsed when everyone became equally rich and educated.
7. Uncle Sam thinks that educating some citizens is a good idea, as long as they understand how important it is to respect authority and follow the rules made for them. Any academia contents that propagate anarchy, socialism, free thinking and choosing morality over nation's interest is propaganda and Uncle Sam strongly discourages it. All people who want equal distribution of wealth are traitors.
8. Uncle Sam also like religious monarchs running some states more than nationalists. They are more dumb, get easily intimidated and it keeps the state communists and socialists free too.
9. Uncle Sam knows that world is too dumb to be convinced with brain. That's why Uncle Sam loves to show his muscle from time to time. Even when it is not necessary. Uncle Sam uses carrots and sticks. Carrots are hard to find now a days in winter so he is relying more on sticks.
10. Uncle Sam likes free media. He likes it so much that all his best friends nearly own them. And if they don't Uncle Sam knows how to make them best friends.
11. Uncle Sam don't like terrorists. Especially when they kill his own citizens and armed forces. However if they kill for them it is OK. Because they are freedom fighters, rebels and mujaheddin then.
12. Uncle Sam likes to think that he is chosen by God to do His holy work on earth and evil forces are always up against him to take control. That's why Uncle Sam spends more on defense than next 10 biggest countries combined.
13. Uncle Sam wants peace in the world. That's why Uncle Sam is the biggest weapon exporter in the world and every 6 of the 9 weapons in the world are made by Uncle Sam.
14. Uncle Sam loves to collect taxes from it's citizens. But he likes more taxes from poor citizens. As taking too much taxes from rich citizens makes them poor and making rich people poor is not good.
15. Uncle Sam don't like violation of international law and states who commit war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes of genocide, crimes of torture and mass murder of civilians. He hate states that commit atrocities in the world and support apartheid systems performing ethnic cleansing gradually. Unless it is Israel.
16. Uncle Sam is an ardent believer in intergovernmental organization like United Nations and Security Council. They might not help in solving real conflicts but they are good place to socialize and enjoy free tea and biscuits.
17. Uncle Sam like crushing embargoes. Which means imposing the economic, commercial and financial blockade against countries he don't like. This makes the poor people poorer in countries but they deserve that when they support their country against Uncle Sam.
18. Uncle Sam strongly believes in culture. Primarily in greedy corporate and consumer culture. That's why top 1% owns more wealth than bottom 99% of humanity in world now a days and there are more corporations than countries in top 100 economies of the world.
19. Uncle Sam believe health and education are precious commodities. As precious commodities are rare it makes no sense to devalue them by giving free health and education to everyone. So only the wealthiest get to get them.
20. Uncle Sam is philanthropist and care about dying children. That's why on hand Uncle Sam encourages fast foods, processed foods and GMO foods and on other hands wastes 40% of perfectly consumable eatables each year.

Terrorist Attacks at Bacha Khan University Charsadda KPK

Here are the headlines from past 3 weeks. You are free to challenge them and make your own conclusions.

1. Syed Salahuddin, the chairman of the United Jihad Council (UJC), an alliance of pro-Pakistan militant groups based in the Pakistani-administered part of the divided Kashmir region, claims responsibility for the assault in Pathankot on Jan 2.

2. Based on intelligence reports India's security establishment blames Jaish-e-Mohammed for insurgency. Possibly playing a smart card as she knows that UJC is beyond Pakistan's direct sphere of influence.
Jaish-e-Mohammed supports many active separatist jihadi movements in Indian held Kashmir.

3. 7 days ago Pakistan arrests the head of Jaish-e-Mohammed Masood Azhar as well as several other leaders of the group and shut down offices and seminaries linked to the outfit.

4. Syed Salahuddin, the chairman of the United Jihad Council (UJC), condemns the crackdown by the Pakistan government against Jaish-e-Mohammed. They warn Pakistan against crackdown.

5. Our Federal Minister for Defence comes out to explain the circumstances behind detention of Masood Azhar and says after a day that it is a "protective custody" not arrest.
Apparently our establishment reaches some consensus with groups outside through their sphere of influence via groups within their sphere of influence.

6. 4 days ago Indian Defence Minister threatens that those who have given India the pain will feel the same. The Indian minister claims that Pakistan did not take any action after the Mumbai attack, adding that the scale of patience is exhausted after the Pathankot attack.

7. The de facto operational head of TTP in KP Umar Mansoor, who is the commander of Tehreek-i-Taliban Geedar group claims the deadly attack on Bacha Khan University in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Charsadda. This Umar Mansoor is also the mastermind of 2014's massacre of 132 children and nine staff at a military-run school in Peshawar. Rumor has it that he is outside our establishments sphere of influence and falls under control of certain Afghan elements.

8. DG ISPR Asim Bajwa says that terrorits were in direct contact with Indian consulate Afghanistan (apparently he claims to have some call records) and claims that terrorists received 30 lac Indian Rupees for operation.
So each terrorist as per DG ISPR embarked on the suicide mission motivated by just a financial gain of 7.5 lac Indian Rupees only?

As per my opinion our Army continues her policy to play double game both with citizens of Pakistan and internationally. If not then probably someone can explain to me that why Abdul Aziz freely supports ISIS from heart of our capital and our establishment does nothing? Why Hafiz Saeed openly conduct rallies in the Lahore and no one objects? What does Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah-i-Sahaba do?
Anyone?

Agile Development: Combining Scrum and Prince2

PRINCE2 and Scrum Combined:

Many managers think that Prince2 and Scrum are two totally different things, aiming at totally different objectives while others talk about combining them so here is another post to the series on Agile Development where I am not solely discussing about Scrum rather how Prince2 and Scrum could work together in an organization. I have introduced more than one options of combining Scrum and Prince2 but I will focus more on my tried and tested recipe which has never let me down and has proved to be very effective in all sorts of projects.

So lets start !! If you wish to work with Scrum and Prince2 simultaneously you can definitely do it using one of the various ways of combining PRINCE2 and Scrum:

1- Use Scrum and use some of the "stabilisers" from Prince2 such as Risk Log, Issue Log, and Highlight Reports. Helpful for organisations that are still new to Scrum and want some additional assurance. Using the stabilisers still comes at a cost though and these should be included as Sprint Backlog items to illustrate to the Product Owner how much effort they are costing.

2-Scrum is only used for the delivery of a work package (i.e. a Prince2 work package). The work package may equate to one or many sprints, but Scrum is just used to execute the work package, the rest of the project management is done in the Prince2 method.

3- Using Scrum internally but to outside organisations/departments providing a Prince2 wrapper, facade or interface. All an outside organisation will see is the Prince2 wrapper you are providing. And it is a way that some organisations adopt Scrum from the bottom up (i.e. without management knowing about it).

The much more common approach for trying to combine Scrum and PRINCE2 is to limit the use of Scrum to Execute a Work Package activity as part of the Managing Product Delivery process i.e. the option 2 given above i.e. use scrum only for the development and delivery of the work package in order to make sure that the development process is agile and the delivery is on time. While all the documentation can be done according to the Prince2 framework for an organisation. Prince2 provides the management frameworks, roles and responsibilities for project management, program executives, users, suppliers, and project managers, team leaders etc.
Scrum is an iterative and incremental agile software development framework focused predominantly in delivering. Scrum is all about fast and effective delivery. Projects require certain level of organisation and governance, which could be nicely provided by Project Management methods or frameworks such as PRINCE2. PRINCE2 is all about managing the projects’ process while within PRINCE2 the delivery process is a black box. This makes Scrum a natural fit to the PRINCE2 for ‘Managing Product Delivery’ process.

Scrum is a great methodology to use for project management but sometimes there is a huge gap that exists between the ideal agile approach and the reality. So taking too many optimistic assumptions can lead to project failure. This makes PRINCE2 the project management wrapper around Scrum.
PRINCE2 wrapper around the Scrum makes its implementation much easier and moreover their combination can add value to the customers. Hence Scrum and Prince2 complement each other and make project management relatively easy.

By successfully completing various projects using this combination of Prince2 and Scrum I can conclude that this combination provides the agile delivery and effective management during different stages of the project life cycle.
