Who is Uncle Sam ?

20 bullet points to explain my developing world 5th grader nephew who is Uncle Sam.

1. Every country needs energy resources to work. So whoever controls the most energy resources (oil, gas, pipelines) dominates the world. They get to set their own rules to play the game.
2. Right now Uncle Sam peacefully governs most of the world we live in. With established bases in 63 countries and military presence in 156 countries out of 193 countries in the world.
3. It is always Uncle Sam (or his ally) who runs your country. Unless he loses interest or get busy with something more important, and only then your elite can chose to govern or misgovern (to get richer) your country for time being till Uncle Sam develops his interests again.
4. If your elite don't like Uncle Sam running too much of your country, they could try adopting a balance foreign policy by also flirting with Mother Russia time to time. Which 90% of times turns out bad and destroys your country.
5. Uncle Sam only likes democracy in your country if it does not poses a threat to his interests, otherwise he is fine with dictatorships. They can cooperate more and are easy to get rid off.
6. Uncle Sam is Capitalist and like ruling class or elite more. Fewer powerful people are easy to manage or control. Rome collapsed when everyone became equally rich and educated.
7. Uncle Sam thinks that educating some citizens is a good idea, as long as they understand how important it is to respect authority and follow the rules made for them. Any academia contents that propagate anarchy, socialism, free thinking and choosing morality over nation's interest is propaganda and Uncle Sam strongly discourages it. All people who want equal distribution of wealth are traitors.
8. Uncle Sam also like religious monarchs running some states more than nationalists. They are more dumb, get easily intimidated and it keeps the state communists and socialists free too.
9. Uncle Sam knows that world is too dumb to be convinced with brain. That's why Uncle Sam loves to show his muscle from time to time. Even when it is not necessary. Uncle Sam uses carrots and sticks. Carrots are hard to find now a days in winter so he is relying more on sticks.
10. Uncle Sam likes free media. He likes it so much that all his best friends nearly own them. And if they don't Uncle Sam knows how to make them best friends.
11. Uncle Sam don't like terrorists. Especially when they kill his own citizens and armed forces. However if they kill for them it is OK. Because they are freedom fighters, rebels and mujaheddin then.
12. Uncle Sam likes to think that he is chosen by God to do His holy work on earth and evil forces are always up against him to take control. That's why Uncle Sam spends more on defense than next 10 biggest countries combined.
13. Uncle Sam wants peace in the world. That's why Uncle Sam is the biggest weapon exporter in the world and every 6 of the 9 weapons in the world are made by Uncle Sam.
14. Uncle Sam loves to collect taxes from it's citizens. But he likes more taxes from poor citizens. As taking too much taxes from rich citizens makes them poor and making rich people poor is not good.
15. Uncle Sam don't like violation of international law and states who commit war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes of genocide, crimes of torture and mass murder of civilians. He hate states that commit atrocities in the world and support apartheid systems performing ethnic cleansing gradually. Unless it is Israel.
16. Uncle Sam is an ardent believer in intergovernmental organization like United Nations and Security Council. They might not help in solving real conflicts but they are good place to socialize and enjoy free tea and biscuits.
17. Uncle Sam like crushing embargoes. Which means imposing the economic, commercial and financial blockade against countries he don't like. This makes the poor people poorer in countries but they deserve that when they support their country against Uncle Sam.
18. Uncle Sam strongly believes in culture. Primarily in greedy corporate and consumer culture. That's why top 1% owns more wealth than bottom 99% of humanity in world now a days and there are more corporations than countries in top 100 economies of the world.
19. Uncle Sam believe health and education are precious commodities. As precious commodities are rare it makes no sense to devalue them by giving free health and education to everyone. So only the wealthiest get to get them.
20. Uncle Sam is philanthropist and care about dying children. That's why on hand Uncle Sam encourages fast foods, processed foods and GMO foods and on other hands wastes 40% of perfectly consumable eatables each year.
